Endurance Award: The Alan and Lyn Davis Trophy

The Endurance Award recognises the swimmer who achieved the highest number of points for long swims completed over the calendar year. It is named after Alan and Lyn Davis who were the founders and life members of our Club in 1991. The Endurance award is a national competition in which masters clubs compete on a total points gained and points per person. Our Club prides itself of being in the top 10 for points per swimmer.

Peter Lord Trophy

The Peter Lord Trophy is a Club Award that recognises a club members contribution in both a swimming and administrative contribution to the Club. Peter Lord is a foundation member and life member of our Club, and former past President.

Aggregate Award

The Aggregate Award is an intraclub competition which is focused on shorter swims closest to nominated times with a focus on sprinting.

The closest to the nominated time gets a maximum of 10 points and then a sliding scale applies down to the furthest from nominated time.

Flukes Trophy

The Flukes Trophy is a Club Award that recognises club members who have performed well or their performance has improved over time but not to the point where they have achieved state or national recognition. The aim is to acknowledge swimmers who are doing well. This award is named after Darryl’s father felt the Club needed an award to recognise good performance.
